IDD世界领先设计对话是设计广州设计周联合GIA广州设计周全球伙伴联盟中的中外设计领先机构、组织和媒体发起的评章一项对话世界设计领先者的国际设计交流计划，IDD以「MASTER MIND巨匠的报奖榜参布思索」为思想探寻的主旨方向，希冀通过与世界领先设计巨匠对话，中国91国产精品91制片探索世界领先设计思想，设计以世界领先推动中国领先，以中国领先影响世界设计。

IDD以对话巨匠、发掘新声、臻选杰作三大内容版块构建年度运营体系，由此推动世界领先设计与中国设计之间的对话交流和发展。

International Design Dialogue is an international design intercourse, Guangzhou Design Week cooperating with global leading design institutions, organizations and media, guided by the theme of「MASTER MIND」to search for different ideas. We hope to explore the world's leading design ideas through dialoguing with design masters, promote China's leading design with the world's leading, and influence the world's design with China's leading. 

IDD forms its annual operating system with three major content sections: Dialoging with Masters, Discovering New Sounds and Selecting Masterpieces, thus promoting the communication and development between world leading design and Chinese design.

面向在中国室内设计领域具有卓越表现和专业成就的中国籍建筑师/室内设计师公开征集设计作品，参与对象不受民族、宗教、地域的限制。

IDD award recognizes the excellent Chinese designers in fields of architecture and interior design. Entry and nomination is open to all without restriction of religion or region.

面向在2020年1月1日至2022年9月15日期间完成竣工的项目参评，项目所在地不限，鉴黄师APP下载。参评类别包括：

居住空间：集合住宅、别墅、公寓、宿舍、社会住房等；

商业空间：商业综合体、购物中心、办公楼、餐饮、酒吧、零售、市场、酒店等；

公共空间：剧院、音乐厅、变态男的 伸到了我的 里博物馆、美术馆、学校、医院、电影院、图书馆、体育馆等。

The award is open to projects completed between Jan 1, 2020 until Sept 15, 2022. There are no restrictions on location. Categories are as follows:

- Residential design: apartments, housing, developments, misc. residential, private houses, Showflats,villa, etc.

- Retail and hospitality design: misc. retail, shopping malls, office buildings, restaurants, bars, markets, hotels, etc.

- Public spaces: theaters, concert halls, museums, art galleries, schools, hospitals, cinemas, libraries, gym, etc.

1. 完整填写报名表格，并提供参评者个人形象照1张（横版或竖版正面半身高清宣传形象照）；

2. 参评项目资料（包括但不限于）：提供参评作品设计说明以及10-15张项目实景图、项目设计图纸；图片须为JPG格式，精度不小于300 DPI；(自选提交内容：可选择提交项目的演示影片作为评审参考，格式以MPEG、MP4、www.17c.com高清AVI为最佳)。

1. Complete the registration form and provide 1 photo of the participant's personal image (horizontal or vertical front half-body high-definition publicity image);

2. Information of the participating projects (including but not limited to): provide the design description of the participating works and 10-15 project real pictures and project design drawings; the pictures must be in JPG format with an accuracy of not less than 300 DPI; (optional submission: the demo video of the project is used as a reference for the review, and the format is MPEG, MP4, AVI as the best).

特别说明

a. 参评作品必须为设计师原创作品，期限为2020年1月1日后（包含1月1日）真实参与的竣工项目，具有完全版权和使用权，一经发现造假则取消参评资格；

b. 所有提交的作品图片不可为效果图，不可有水印，不可包含制造商等识别性信息，不完整、不正确或不符合资料要求的作品将被视为无效或作废；

c. 奖项组委会有权取消任何未能提交完整参评作品或提交的参评作品不符合本规则的参评者资格。

NOTE

a. Participating works must be original works of the designer, and the time limit is the completed projects with real participation after Jan 1, 2020 (including Jan 1), with full copyright and right of use.

b. All submitted works pictures must not be renderings, watermarks, and identifying information such as manufacturers. Incomplete, incorrect or non-compliant works will be considered invalid or void;

c. The committee of the award has the right to cancel the qualification of any participant who fails to submit a complete participating work or whose submitted works do not comply with these rules.

Award-winning designers/winning works have the opportunity to participate in online and offline exhibitions at home and abroad.

DESIGN COMMUNICATION

The winning designers have priority to participate in the international exchange activities organized by International Design Dialogue Committee.

1. 参评者报名即被视为已完全了解并接受本章程；

2. 自参评作品提交之日起，视参评者无偿授权组委会以任何方式和形式使用参评作品信息及设计师个人相关信息用于与IDD项目有关的宣发推广；

3. 所有参评者不得中途要求退出参评或要求组委会退回所提交的参评资料，无权向组委会主张获得任何赔偿或商业权益；

4. 参评者应自行承担其参加本次参评的全部责任，如发现参评者个人资料及项目作品存在不真实或不符合参评条件的情况，组委会有权取消其参评资格，或收回其所获奖项名额，由此造成组委会损失的，概由参评者承担；

5. 如未能按要求完整提交参评资料，组委会有权认定为无效的参评申请。

1. Participants who sign up are deemed to have fully understood and accepted the regulations;

2. From the date of submission of the participating works, the reviewers authorize the organizing committee to use the information of the participating works and the personal information of the designers in any way and form for publicity and promotion related to IDD;

3. All participants shall not request to withdraw from participating in the competition or request the committee to return the submitted materials for participating in the evaluation, and have no right to claim any compensation or commercial rights from the committee;

4. Participants should bear all the responsibilities for participating in this competition. If the personal information and project works of the participants are found to be untrue or do not meet the conditions for participating in the competition, the organizing committee has the right to cancel their qualifications for participating in the evaluation, or withdraw their participation. The number of awards and the loss of the organizing committee will be borne by the participants;

5. If the participating materials are not submitted in full as required, the organizing committee has the right to consider the application as invalid.

1. 如参评者与设计机构或其他设计师之间发生任何争议，若双方无法自行解决争议，各方自行寻求法律途径解决；

2. 如其他方对参评者提出知识产权方面的争议，则由参评者自行处理并承担一切法律责任，如组委会因此被卷入纠纷，所造成的一切损失概由参评者承担；

3. 参评者必须具备报名作品的原创知识产权，否则引起的纠纷将由参评者自行承担，且组委会保留取消作品参评资格及追回奖励的权利。

1. If there is any dispute between the entrant and the design agency or other designers, if the two parties cannot resolve the dispute by themselves, each party should seek legal solutions on their own;

2. If other parties raise intellectual property disputes against the participants, the participants shall handle and bear all legal responsibilities. If the organizing committee is involved in the dispute, the participants shall be responsible for all losses;

3. The participants must have the original intellectual property rights of the submitted works, otherwise the disputes will be borne by the participants themselves, and the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel the qualifications of the works and recover the rewards.

闽南网5月15日讯（福建日报新媒体·闽南网记者 陈玉玲 通讯员 李肇兴 文/图）5月15日是全国公安机关打击和防范经济犯罪宣传日。今天上午，以“与民同心 为您守护”为主题，泉州市公安机关在各县、市（区）的大型社区、商超、市场、学校等人员密集地点，同步开展现场宣传活动，向市民普及相关知识。

民警向学生宣传知识

上午9点，在市区威远楼广场，鲤城公安分局经侦大队向学生、过往市民分发各类宣传资料。大队民警庄晓晟介绍，今天的宣传活动主要向市民介绍比较常见经济犯罪行形式，比如非法吸收公众存款、非法传销等犯罪行为的特征，提醒市民注意防范。

威远楼活动现场

数据显示，自2018年以来，全市各级公安机关经侦部门持续保持对经济犯罪的严打高压态势，全市共侦破各类经济犯罪案件2581起，抓获犯罪嫌疑人1810名，挽回经济损失8亿余元。其中，传销案件立案56起、非法集资案件28起，涉网案件52起，占比61.9%，涉案金额42亿元；金融犯罪案件立案1065起，占全部经济犯罪案件总数的35.1%；信用卡诈骗犯罪和妨害信用卡管理犯罪共立案861起，占比达28.3%。

警方提醒，当前随着经济社会的快速发展和科技水平的不断进步，经济犯罪的智能化、高科技化、网络化特征越来越明显，尤其是打着投资理财幌子的网上非法集资、非法传销、非法经营证券期货等涉众型经济犯罪较为突出，金融领域经济犯罪也持续多发，假冒伪劣犯罪仍然较猖獗，广大群众、企业经营者要提高警惕，谨防陷入其中或深受其害，蒙受不必要的经济损失。

【典型案例】

传销组织披“外衣” 警方捣毁133个窝点

2014年以来，“1040阳光工程”传销组织打着“自愿连锁经营”的旗号，编造、歪曲政策，虚构、夸大经营投资项目及盈利前景，从身边熟人下手发展下线，要求参加者缴纳最低3800元、最高69800元的会费获得加入资格，并按照加入的先后顺序组成层级，鼓吹最终可以回报1040万元以诱骗群众“投资”。

2018年11月27日，晋江市公安局组织800多名警力对以徐某龙为首的“1040”阳光工程非法传销组织开展统一收网行动，共捣毁散居在晋江池店、紫帽以及鲤城等地的传销窝点133个，抓获各层级传销人员266名，对其中38名涉嫌组织、领导传销犯罪的嫌疑人依法采取强制措施。2019年4月1日，该案被移送至晋江市检察机关审查起诉。

网上学习方法 男子伪造假币来消费

从2017年开始，犯罪嫌疑人张某堂通过QQ群在网上向他人学习、交流伪造货币经验，利用100张20元面值的“假币白板”在租房内采取裁剪、做旧、盖章等方式进行再加工，制成约200张20元假币供自己日常消费使用。

2018年7月26日，犯罪嫌疑人张某堂在晋江市陈埭镇的家中被抓获，现场查获20元版假币83张以及未裁剪的“假币白板”96张，总面值3580元。

申领7张信用卡 男子恶意透支20余万元

2018年5月27日，泉港公安分局经侦大队在广东中山警方的协助下成功抓获了涉嫌信用卡诈骗的犯罪嫌疑人张某林（男，38岁，安溪人）。经查，2011年至2013年间，犯罪嫌疑人张某林先后向民生、农业、兴业等7家银行申领了信用卡，后使用这些信用卡恶意透支了本金20余万元，经发卡银行多次催收仍拒不归还且逃匿。
